Sex and spirituality were never meant to be separate. I’ve been involved in spirituality for about 35 years, beginning in the spiritualist church and later in more diverse practices. Raised in a devout Catholic environment, I initially saw sex as taboo. It was a revelation in my early 30s to discover that sex and spirituality could come together.

Through 20 years of teaching Tantra, I’ve noticed that most of us carry some form of sexual shame—whether in expression or even in simply naming our desires. When I remove these judgments, I discover a greater truth: I am love, joy, bliss, and abundance. Tantra is the superhighway to personal and spiritual growth because it offers direct, embodied experiences that transform every aspect of who I am.
