Covid Protocols for Events

By booking the event, you agree and consent to these protocols. All Covid tests are at your expense.

For all UK Residential Events (Diploma, Festival, Teacher Training) plus Weekend Workshop, the following Covid protocols apply to participate.
  1. Vaccinated or PCR Tested + Test on Arrival.
  2. In addition, we ask you to do a rapid antigen test on arrival at the venue, plus we recommend that you do another rapid antigen test 24 hours before. In the UK, we recommend the free NHS lateral flow tests.

For all US Residential's (Diploma's, Coach) plus Weekends the following Covid protocols apply to participate.

  1. Vaccinated + Test on Arrival.
  2. In addition, we ask you to do a rapid antigen test on arrival at the venue, plus we recommend that you do another rapid antigen test 24 hours before. In the US, you will need to purchase the rapid antigen test at your pharmacy at about $25 for two tests.

Full Protocol:

  1. During an event, the group will be in an isolated bubble. This means that you need to stay socially distanced from anyone not part of the group during the entire event. Also, retreat centre staff will be instructed to remain socially distanced from us.
  2. We will abide by all state, local and venue Covid regulations.
  3. If we have to cancel an event due to changing Covid-related restrictions, we will move your booking to one of our later events of the same type at no additional cost to you. You can choose which of those events that should be.
  4. If you test Covid-positive at any of your pre-event tests, we promise to move your place to next year’s event at no cost to you.
  5. In both cases outlined in points 3 and 4, please note that we cannot make any refunds, but we promise that you won’t lose any money in the sense that you will booked onto a later event of the same type at no additional cost to you.
  6. We reserve the right to make changes to these protocols as the situation evolves.
For all Facilitator Events, each facilitator will make clear on their event page what the Covid Protocols are for their event. These are local decisions for each Facilitator to make as the rules differ from country to country and state to state.
